At the Ritchie School of Engineering & Computer Science (Ritchie School), we are proud to have faculty who are industry leaders. One of those exceptional educators is Madison Dye, our Systems Engineering adjunct faculty member. He brings over a decade of experience in business development, technical program leadership, and strategic operations to the classroom. 

Madison is currently the Vice President of Business Development – Space at Vitesse Systems, where he drives strategic growth, leads capture strategies, and helps expand the company’s presence across both national security and commercial space markets. 

Before joining Vitesse, Madison was Technical Business Development Manager at York Space Systems, where he played a central role in identifying, shaping, and executing new business opportunities. He also spent nearly eight years at RTX, holding key roles including Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Space and Command & Control and post-acquisition Integration Lead at Blue Canyon Technologies. 

Madison holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Oklahoma. Through his extensive industry experience and strong academic foundation, he equips students with real-world systems engineering skills.
