Susan Mingils

What I do
Susan is a board-certified music therapist and neuroscience researcher. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Human Dynamics Lab studying the short- and long-term effects of concussion in athletes. She received her Ph.D. in Occupation and Rehabilitation Science from Colorado State University in 2023. Her research interests include music-based interventions for brain injury, the underlying mechanisms of music processing, and electroencephalography (EEG) methods.
