Are You a Caregiver for Someone with Alzheimer's Dementia?
WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Family caregivers of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia to share their experiences in a research study on caregiving and social activity.
You may be eligible if you are a current caregiver providing care on a regular basis for a family member formally diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia by a licensed physician and are 18 years of age or older.
WHAT TO EXPECT: 1. A 30–60 minute Zoom interview at a time convenient for you. 2. Share how caregiving has shaped your social life and activities. 3. All responses are kept strictly confidential.

Community Feedback: Development of the Financial Empowerment Scale
Goal: to gather feedback from community members ages 55 years and older on the questions and domains included within the Financial Empowerment Scale. The scale is used to provide a better understanding of risk factors within an older adults life that increase the possibility of fraud and exploitation. The Paul Freeman Financial Security Program (PFFSP) at the University of Denver will assess the effectiveness, comprehensibility, and readability of the tool from the perspective of community members.
Eligibility: You may be eligible if you are:
age 55 years or older
no prior diagnosis of Alzheimer's, dementia, or neurodegenerative disease
currently reside in the United States
Participation:
Participate in a 45-60 minute one-on-one semi-structured interview with a member of the research team
Interviews can take take place either in person or online through Zoom
