The case interview is a standard part of consulting recruiting, and it can seem intimidating if you've never experienced one before. It is a problem-solving exercise where you work through a business scenario with an interviewer and it's designed to assess your analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to structure complex problems. This interactive workshop is designed to demystify the process and give you practical skills you can use right away. Registration is required for the Case Interview Workshop.

What is Consulting?

Consulting is a dynamic career where professionals help organizations solve complex business challenges. Consultants work across many industries, using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork to drive meaningful change. For STEM students, consulting offers a unique way to apply technical knowledge to real-world business problems while developing leadership and strategic thinking skills.

What you'll learn in this workshop:

Proven Case Interview Strategies: Discover how to break down, structure, and solve case problems like a pro. Deloitte consultants will guide you through real case examples and share practical tips for clear, analytical thinking.

Interactive Practice: Dive into mock case exercises, collaborate with peers, and receive feedback from Deloitte professionals to boost your confidence and skills.

Insider Advice: Hear directly from Deloitte interviewers about what they look for, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to showcase your strengths.

Who should attend?

This workshop is open to all STEM students with a 3.0 GPA or higher, regardless of your major, year, or previous experience with case interviews. However, eligibility for open roles will be limited to individuals who are legally authorized to work without needing employer sponsorship.
