What I do
Dr. King is the Project Manager for the Paul Freeman Financial Security Program. Jessica has a BA in Psychology from Emory University and an MSW from Boston College and a Ph.D. from University of Denver School of Social Work.
Prior to her return to graduate school, Dr. King worked as a medical social worker at the Medical Center of the Rockies and served as a clinical social worker for children and families. Jessica’s work with multigenerational families motivates her research interests in social policy and gerontology, with a specific focus on caregivers and the cognitive health of older adults.
